My interpretation of the world around me tends to be on the quirky side. I like to have fun with my work and not to take life too seriously — an approach that I hope is apparent in what you see here!
I like to use colourful glass to make lively interpretations of different themes such as vibrant cityscapes, the sparkling sea, and the sunny countryside.
To make my pieces is quite labour-intensive. I cut out each colour and shape by hand and form a design with the glass before firing it to about 800 degrees Celsius.
Some pieces are fired two or three times, depending on the effect required.
Being handmade, each piece is unique.
You can commission me to make glass items especially for you.
